Living? Fine art

To those who argue that living together at university is the most beautiful and fun to the world I say fooled! Living with other students is certainly an experience that teaches you many things, but is not always that much cool they want you to believe.
To begin the important thing is the factor C. Imagine the scene: after a careful selection of ads (written with appropriate omissions of the case), the flat-start tour. You will see things that you humans can not even imagine: very small rooms and no windows, stairs at very high prices etc. etc ... And more than the structure you should also consider the humanity that is inside, and all in a half-hour. Who knows what lies behind that smiling face looking in all ways to make you notice the great advantages of living in this apartment with a rent superfantastico and expenses low prices?
Now we are optimistic to admit that finding a nice house with a nice big room in a good location and a rent is not excessive. We are optimistic, but remember that the best is yet to come. The examination will start after the move, and when you have finished unpacking, cleaning the room etc. etc. will begin the true knowledge of your roommates. And here is part of the game factor C: Yes, because somehow you did not notice when you came to see the house that one of your roommates plays in a metal band that just happens to try at home once a week? Or living there with you even a barking dog practically all day? Or that your roommate has a slight aversion to water, detergent and shower gel?
But we take a step further: let's pretend that we still have luck, and this second step is exceeded. Now you must learn to understand who you are presented with and how to deal with this person. Here too we can be lucky and become friends. Always looking at things optimistically must keep in mind that living with a brother or sister can be tricky. Imagine a perfect stranger.
The best technique is to learn to speak very clearly: never use hints, you should always express the concept explicitly. At least when you say, "This week you touch cleaning" your beloved roommate will not ask you if it's a phrase you read in some book.
I have been very lucky, but in any case live is truly a fine art.
